When Thai-language is the right call (and when it isn't)

For purely domestic Thai use — Thai employer, Thai government license, Thai professional registration — the Thai-language certificate is faster, cheaper, and exactly what the receiver expects. For anything that will touch a foreign authority, the English PCC + MFA chain is mandatory; trying to upgrade a Thai-language certificate later costs almost the same as ordering the English version originally. Our intake call always asks: 'Where will this document end up?' If the answer is anywhere outside Thailand, we recommend the English PCC from the start. If the answer is a Thai employer or Thai license, the Thai-language certificate is the right product.

What's the difference between this and the English PCC?▾

Same underlying database, different output. The Thai-language version is for use inside Thailand and skips MFA/embassy steps. The English PCC is for overseas use and requires the full legalization chain. We can upgrade one to the other at any time.

Can foreigners get the Thai-language version?▾

Yes — foreigners working under Non-B / Smart Visa / LTR can request the Thai-language version for Thai-domestic uses. Most foreigners however need the English PCC for their home-country visa renewals.

How quickly can you turn this around?▾

Standard 5-7 working days, express 3 working days. We file daily so the clock starts the next morning after your fingerprinting.

Do you offer on-site fingerprinting for our HR team?▾

Yes. For corporate clients with 10+ new hires per month, we send a fingerprinting team to your office for THB 3,500 per visit (covers up to 30 employees).

Is the certificate valid forever?▾

No expiry date on the document itself, but Thai employers and licensing bodies typically require certificates issued within the last 3-6 months.

What if my application is for use abroad later?▾

We can upgrade — translate to English, MFA-legalize, and authenticate at the destination embassy — at any time. Easier than restarting the whole process.
