Why can't I just use my old Thai documents directly?▾

Most foreign authorities have a currency rule: Thai documents must be issued within the last 3-6 months. Old documents — even originals — are refused. We obtain fresh copies that reset the clock.

Can you handle this if I'm abroad?▾

Yes. With a notarized POA, we obtain documents from any Thai government agency in greater Bangkok on your behalf. International courier delivers the finished pack to your address.

Which agencies are hardest to deal with?▾

Do you handle agencies outside Bangkok?▾

Greater Bangkok (BMR) is included in the base price. For provincial agencies (your hometown amphur, provincial DBD, etc.), we charge travel and per-diem; or you can courier the document to us for the downstream steps.

What if the original document is lost?▾

Most Thai agencies can re-issue a certified copy from their internal records. We file the request and obtain the fresh copy, then continue with the standard chain.
