Who can perform notary services in Thailand?▾
Only Thai attorneys with the 'Notarial Services Attorney' license from the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Foreign notaries are not recognized within Thailand. All 6 of our lawyers hold this license.
How long does it take?▾
Standard documents are completed within 30–60 minutes if you have an appointment. Complex corporate documents or those requiring verification may take 1–2 business days.
How much does notary cost in Bangkok?▾
From THB 1,500 per document for basic certified true copies and signature authentication. Power of Attorney and contracts range from THB 2,000 to 5,000 depending on complexity.
What do I need to bring?▾
The original document and your valid passport. For corporate work, you also need the company affidavit (within 3 months) and director's ID.
Do you open on weekends?▾
Yes — open every day including weekends and Thai public holidays from 08:00 to 20:00. After-hours surcharge THB 2,000.
Will my notarized document be accepted abroad?▾
Yes. We follow the international Notarial Certificate format. For most countries you also need MFA legalization and embassy authentication — which we handle in-house.
Do you offer mobile notary at my hotel?▾
Yes — mobile notary to hotels, condos, hospitals and offices across Bangkok and the 5 BMR provinces. Surcharge THB 1,500 – 4,500 by zone.
Can you notarize documents in English?▾
Yes. All Notarial Certificates are issued in English with the standard international format, accepted globally.
Is Thailand part of the Apostille Convention?▾
Not yet. The equivalent process is MFA legalization + destination Embassy authentication. We arrange the full chain so the result is accepted just like an Apostille.
Can I pay by credit card / bank transfer?▾
Yes — cash, credit/debit card, Thai QR PromptPay, international wire transfer, and Wise are all accepted. Tax invoice provided.
Do you serve clients outside Bangkok?▾
We cover all 50 districts of Bangkok and the 5 BMR provinces (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom). For elsewhere, please call to confirm.
Can I send documents from overseas?▾
Yes — but the signer must appear in person before the lawyer for true notarization. We recommend signing at the Thai embassy in your country, then we handle the MFA + onward legalization in Bangkok.
